Stas combi takeaway line consists of:
- Infeed conveyor in Y-form, at the infeed 100 cm wide (Art. nr.: 24802512004)
- Excluding the spongedryer that is in the pictures
- 2 x Takeaway belts approx. 700 x 52 cm for working on two sided
- 2 x Return belts 700 x 26 cm. behind the packing table
- 16 weighing scales with load cells integrated in the crate supports
(8 scales per side). Displays: Revere Transducers VT100 TC7827.
Load cells: Tedea Huntleigh model 125
- Central second class discharge belt 700 x 41 cm including 8 slide chutes
- Roller conveyor 700 x 70 cm for supplying empty boxes
- Outfeed belt 700 x 70 cm for full boxes with inclined conveyor downward 210 x 70 cm, for transfer to palletizer
- Excluding second-grade incline conveyor
