These cabins were made for Slow Cabins.
The cabins are ready for collection in a warehouse with overhead crane.
Collection must be done with a low-loader.
The cabins have never been put into use.
The construction consists of timber construction (CLT elements) on a steel frame. The floor plate is insulated on the underside with 80mm EPS Heraklith boards, the walls with 60mm wood wool, the roof with 60mm Rockwool Rhinoxx.
The exterior is finished with burnt larch, the roof is equipped with an Evalastic EPDM.
Inside, the cabin is equipped with a frame for a double bed, a cloakroom cupboard, a kitchen (excluding appliances), a shower cabin with door and a frame for the dry toilet.
Cables for electricity have already been provided, but further techniques and assembly still need to be done.
The cabin is lifted via a hoisting bar at the bottom and is equipped to be placed at min. 8 screw piles.
