This used pre-sorter with oversize function is designed for sorting out undersized products, primarily in the processing of chicory roots, but also suitable for large carrots.
- Drop-through size 28 mm - 58 mm. The sorting size is adjustable via a ratchet mechanism on all four corners.
- Equipped with 17 vulcanized rollers, each 300 cm long and 10 cm in diameter.
- Input width on width sorting: 240 cm
- The rollers can rotate left or right, with rotation direction adjustable via a timer. Chain-driven.
- Fitted with two cross-discharge belts to discharge product flows sideways.
- A discharge belt located underneath the rollers transports the product to the first cross-discharge belt.
